Foolish Things Val Piacentini

Foolish Things is a true story that took place over the course of a fifteen year period, beginning on Christmas day, 2007, when an ordinary Christian couple was called by God to work with the youth on the streets of the inner city of Easton, Pennsylvania. The book recounts the many ups and downs of working with a troubled neighborhood, plagued with drugs, guns, gangs, violence and fatherlessness.

She and her husband Dean were called to minister on the streets of a troubled inner-city neighborhood in Easton, Pennsylvania, where they have been working with youth and families for over two decades. Through their work, Val and Dean have helped countless individuals find healing, hope, and a deeper connection to their faith.
Val is also a gifted speaker, who has shared her message of faith and inspiration with audiences across the country. She has a unique ability to connect with her audience and to share her personal experiences in a way that resonates deeply with others. Her message is of hope and love, even in the face of impossible conditions. Val uses her story to beautifully illustrate what God will do if we hold on to His promises.
